Training
As an Accredited SFIA Training Partner, we deliver SFIA awareness training days which we can tailor to your organisation’s needs and deliver on your premises. We also run online ‘virtual’ training sessions for small businesses or individuals wishing to gain a better understanding of SFIA. Our approved SFIA Consultancy training day is the first step to becoming an accredited SFIA consultant and we deliver it online over two half-days, on a one-to-one basis or for small groups.
Job Role Profiling
Let us map your existing job roles to SFIA. An approved SFIA consultant will take your existing JDs or work with your managers. Build SFIA skills profiles aligned to the skills you need to manage your business and employee skill development. The Job Role Builder tool is a unique electronic mapping tool that can align your organisation’s IT job descriptions to SFIA by mapping them against SFIA’s 121 skills and the 7 levels of responsibility. You can do this yourself – we can train you, or, to save time, ask us to do it for you.

The Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) was formally established in 2000. It has since become a worldwide phenomenon used in more than 200 countries.
SFIA is a framework which allows businesses to define and categorise IT skills consistently. This makes it easier to describe and grade your IT job roles, create IT job descriptions to a consistent format, accurately assess skills for IT staff, and recruit people with the right skills and knowledge for your specific IT roles.
